Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on greeting cards unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at cardfromtheyard@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

For print-on-demand items (such as clothing and accessories), please contact us within 14 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order. As these items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, but we will always make it right if something goes wrong.

We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note that personalised or custom-made items are exempt from this right. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
